how to reduce extra spacing between records in a form.

this is the CustInvoiceJournal form there is lot of spacing between 2 records how i should reduce it?

    It seems you have a big size control the EDT of it is Memo, try to modify Height property on the control that connected to that field by making it Zero.

    Confirm if on the grid, you have not added a field with EDT (memo), either by customization or by personalization.

    Is the grid having a multi-line field included? If that is the case, you will have about 5 lines of space consumed per record.

    on the grid you must select the field and then set :
     
    1. display height mode = Fixed
    2. display height = 0
