Rejectreason for Absence Requests in Enterprise Portal

Hi all I do have a Problem. I want to add reject reasons on the AbsenceRequests (HCMAbsenceRequestApprovalList)when they are rejected by an approver. What is the easiest way to do this? I cannot manage to do it. Tried it in several ways. I am not familiar with EnterprisePortal Development and everything I tried failed
