Document Routing Agent is not working, I have installed the document routing agent with the help of different forum. After installation printing still not works.

Have you entered correct tenant during configuration, this is the most common issue people enter wrong tenant.
if you email account is abcd@yourorg.com then yourorg.com is your tenant.
please have look this thread for reference.
