Report (Balance Sheet)

ReportReport

Hi,

I'm Izzati. I have problem relating to the report that I have generated from NAV which is Balance Sheet.

It shows zero figure for the non-value items as per screenshot below. Is it possible for me to remove the zero figure

and that non-value items do not display in the report (Balance Sheet)?

    Hi Nurull,

Here you can do in two ways means where displaying zeros you can avoid zero's "by write this expression Code.BlankZero(Fields!your expressions.value).

    And

and that non-value items do not display in the report (Balance Sheet)?

for above line you can write row visibility expression as IIF(Fields!your expersion.Value = 0,False,True).

    Thank You

    Ramesh

    Hello Izzati,

If you build the report from Account Schedules, in the line setup there is a "Show" field, which by default have "Yes" option. You can set it to "If Any Column Not Zero" in order not to display it if it has zero value.

You can set Visible property with expression on rows in report layout.
