Hi everyone,
I'm trying to make a connexion between NAV 2017 and CRM 2016.
Here's what I did so far:
- updated NAV 2017 CU1 to CU4
- Imported the solution : DynamicsNAVIntegrationSolution.zip in our CRM
- Configured the solution with the correct path to our NAV server (/dynamicsnav100/WebClient)
- Created a non-interactive user in CRM with Dynamics NAV Integration Administrator privileges.
After all of that, I still have the error: The system is unable to connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Detailed description: Unable to login to Dynamics CRM in NAV when I try to test the connnexion.
I also tried to make the connexion using the assisted setup in NAV, and also give the non-interactive user in CRM admin rights, but nothing seems to work.
Do you have any idea why the integration is not working?
