I sent a survey to 3,000 employees including myself, all to internal company email addresses. While delivery began immediately, some people did not get the survey for 5 or 6 hours or even longer. I I still do not know if the distribution was complete. My dashboard shows only 700 people responded, read, opened or received the email. Over 2,300 are in queue.
Is there any way to ensure the emails were all sent? I can live with a misleading dashboard but if some people were surveyed and others were not, I have a huge problem here.
