Hi,
When refreshing the data source, I saw this error message:
Since then, I've been refreshing the data source for several times and got the same error message.
Has anyone had this experience and any idea what causes this?

Maybe you can try to clear cache of the browser or use other browsers to test again.

I just did clear all the cache. But the problem still persists.
Anything else I could check?
And also, I could not access the “entities” and “Map” section. The error messages are not informative unfortunately:

I found the solution to the issue.
The root of the problem was: CI requires the same Primary Key (PK) field name in the subsequent data refresh.
Solution:
- edit Data Source entity Data Model, either in CI (Edit Model) or change the CDM directly in ADL. Give the same column name as the previous refresh
- refresh
- delete the data source
- upload the new data source with the updated PK field name
