Event subscribers not working correctly

I am having a simple event. I want to send out invite to that event.

I have done the following:

  1. Created a marketing list with persons to invite
  2. Created a marketing form with registration information
  3. Created a marketing page with the marketing form
  4. Created an invite email
  5. Created an event
  6. Created a customer journey that automates the email process.

My problem Is that when users sign up they are not added under the "registration and attendance" on the event page.

How to I connect the event to the registration form/ customer journey?

Is there anything wrong with my event/email/form/page setup?

I have the same question (0)

Hi Greynir - have you managed to resolve this already?  If not please respond to this post - I have a few ideas that might help.  Cheers, Richard

    Hi Greynir

    Couple of thoughts / questions:

    1. If you register via the event portal, does this work?

    2. In the email did you include the event?  Default behaviour is that this gets inserted as a button on the email - when it's clicked takes you to the event portal

    Hey Greynir,

When you create an event and publish it, it automatically gets published to your event website (hosted on your D635 portal). You can navigate to this website from the event URL present in the event record. If your users register on the event website, they will automatically get added to the "registration and attendance" on the event page.

You're using Marketing forms to try and capture event registration from your landing pages. Marketing forms can be used for contact and lead generation, but we do not currently support event registration creation from a marketing form.

    Regards,

    Shravan
