I have a user who has gone AWOL in the CRM. They were in the system on Monday and had been for years but Tuesday they are gone. I do not see them in the list of users for disabled or enabled. Weirdest thing ever. Any idea where I can look for them?

Thank you! This ended up being the user needing to have the license removed then added back. They were not in the deleted files and they had no issue with the AD account. Weird one but when the license was restored the user and their work returned.
Hi Juan.Montoya,
As a Microsoft 365 global admin or user management admin, navigate to the deleted users page in the admin center to see if the user has been deleted. User accounts can be restored within 30 days of deletion from the deleted users page by selecting the Restore option.
