Auto Populate fields in Notes Form.

Hi,

I have a field Stakeholder Name in Notes form.
 
For an Opportunity, when user creates first note he needs to add Stakeholder name manually.

Requirement is that when user add new notes in that opportunity, Stakeholder Name should auto populate from the first note or we can say the previous note.
 
Please suggest how to achieve this.
