SSRS report not opening in Test or production environments but works fine in DEV

Hi,

I have got a SSRS report that opens in Dev environment without any issue but doesn't open in UAT or production. This report use to work fine before but now for some reason its not opening . On clicking the report menu item after a wait of 2-3 minutes we get this message .

I have also refreshed DEV environment with UAT data but still unable to reproduce this issue in dev . Please suggest what could be the reason for getting this error or how to fix this ?

Hello Syed,

Please check your UAT environment history, is it been migrated to Self Service? that could be the cause.

You may try to enable RDL sandboxing rules from DEV and verify again:

Hi Mingzhou,

Even after enabling the RDL sandboxing rules I am unable to reproduce the issue in dev.

Hi Syed,

If that's the case, you may raise support ticket to MS to check further on backend logs
