Respected sir,

I have scenarios like I have 100 Field engineers and only one or two Dispatch/Schedulers/Admin.

1- let's say, I have purchased 1 license i.e. for $95, i.e in my FielService Environment

2- let's say, I have been given access to my Dispature/scheduler ("Rana Jose") access and license from admin.

3-lets say, there is M365 User ("Jonna Pitbull"), Which is my field Engineer, I have given him security as a resource person so he can use (field service Mobile App), So Do I need to give 1 license i.e. for $95 For him?

If YES

Then I ended up paying $190 to Microsoft

Do I understand correct

if it's like above I have to pay Microsoft too much money and it does look cool?

Any view Please help me to solve this with your experience...

As an administrator you can assign licences to other members.

Go to Microsoft 365 admin center and select the user to add license.
