Hi , 

We have D365 Version 1612 (9.0.2.758) (DB 9.0.2.758) online . From past few weeks , when we try to create case with workflow , we are getting an error - ' The entity name doesn't exist. Please specify an existing entity name.'. It also gives error as 'The entity with ObjectTypeCode = 0 was not found in the MetadataCache' . Attached is the image :

    Workaround : This issue happens if your last opened (cached) form is an interactive experience form. You need to open any classic UI form and try this action. It will work.

    Hi,

    If you have recently upgrade the environment to v9 the issue may go away as this was noticed by other customers of Dynamics 365 v9. I would still open a ticket with Microsoft if the issue persists.

    Hi,

    Did you try to clear all workflow tasks, all import tasks and all duplicate deletion jobs as well, then try again?

    If not, I suggest that you could have a try.
