Hi,
On Dynamics 365, I am getting below error when trying to update Sitemap. I have already checked for duplicate Subarea with same Id.
Anyone faced the same issue?
Thanks

What modifications did you do to the sitemap?
Do you have System Administrator security roles?
Hi Goutam,
Yes I have System Administrator security role.
Please re-check the modifications you have done in Sitemap.
Can you please try to open sitemap using XRMToolbox and try to download the sitemap XML from there. If you have any backup sitemap xml you can compare with that or if you have any other environment so you can export sitemap XML and import in your current instance.
In sitemap somewhere you are using invalid Privilege.
<SubArea Id=”crm_myentity” Entity=”crm_myentity”>
<Privilege Entity=”crm_myentity” Privilege=”Read” />
</SubArea>
Record privileges are create, read, write, delete, append, append To, assign and share. If you are using anything other than this then you will get this error.
Also sometimes entity might not have all above privileges.
As someone already mentioned, you need to download sitemap from another environment and compare changes with current environment
I downloaded the sitemap XML and verified the Privilege for subarea , all have Read privilege.
If possible, please share your sitemap xml here.
