Not able to see all resource in my schedule board

Hi There,

I am not able to see all resource in my schedule board when i click on availability of work order in resource requirement. I need to find all resource, when i have four resource with that characteristics.. i compared the resource and seen filter as well.. All seems ok, I cant understand why that is.
