Unable to restart batch service after deleting models

Hello Friends

I have delete some models first by stopping Microsoft Dynamics 365 unified batch service management and IIS services.

Then deleted irrelevant projects on dev machine.

Then restart IIS services

Then restart World Wide Web Publishing service

Finally try to restart the Microsoft Dynamics 365 unified batch service management and face the error message.

Now i am in big trouble as development has been stopped.
