I have generated a workflow with multiple approvals in Procurement and Sourcing. When i generate a PR and submit it, the workflow gets activated but the PR does not go to the approver for approval.First the PR goes for approval and then the condition is set to check whether it is above particular value so that it goes to the other approver. Can somebody help me in this.

So who gets the work items? It is not clear if the Wf is processed or not.

Right. And it is not completed either, right? Are the WF batch jobs running and all the wf settings are properly done?

Do you have other workflowd that are working?

I have specified the next approver by choosing final approver option. Then a conditional statement is made and if it is true it goes to one user if not then it goes to other user.

If i check history of PR it shows pending and there are no work items created and it shows workflow activated.

So, you need to see if:

    1. The workflow message processing batch job is active, in System admin - inquiry - batch jobs.

    2. The proper aos server is setup as batch server.

    3. The batch group in which you have the wf job is assigned to this aos at #2.

Workflow message processing job is executing. How to check batch server and batch group to which wf is assigned.

You can check the server settings by going to System Admin -> Setup -> System -> Server configuration and check that your AOS (I imagine you have only one) is checked as Batch server and if you collapse the Batch server schedule fast tab you will see the Batch server groups.  You should have either Empty group as groups selected or Workflow group, or both (these are the default settings, not sure if you haven't created new group to use).
