Hello,

I'm beginner in Field service can anyone help me on the below requirement.

my requirement is : If the BRB is created or the Resource has changed then I need to validate if the updated Resource / Work Center matches the Resource Requirement -> Operation -> Work Center.

work center is custom entity, Operation is work order service task entity,

Thank you.

    Hi Mike,

Thank you for your response, we have a relationship called many to 1 so the parent entity is Operation (WO Service task) and the child is RR entity

    Can you confirm your relationships?

I read: Bookable Resource Bookings on create OR change of Resoure on the Booking triggers your desired process.

    That process should:

Check that the Resource Requirement record has the proper Work center/Resource attached to an Operation record - but I do not see a relationship in Field Service from Resource Requirement to Operation (actually Work Order Service Task) - did you make a custom relationship?  If so how are those relationships done (one to many, many to one, please specify which is parent vs. child)
