I am trying to add two different multi-select picklist fields to both Accounts and Leads objects. I am working with an empty installation of CRM 2013 and have extensive Salesforce experience, but none with MS.
The first field is our internal Business Unit with three options. The second is our Products with seven different options. I want to be able to add and require both these fields for all Leads and Accounts.
It is my understanding the multi-select picklist is not available in CRM 2013 and has to be custom implemented via entities. I have followed this guide but can't figure out how to add options in the picklist. http://forceworks.com/dynamics-crm-2013-feature-dive-multi-select-option-list/
What is the best way to add these two fields and make them required for both Leads and Accounts?
