Lines Fast Tab not expanding

Hi can anyone help please?

When my colleagues collapse all other lines in the sales order screen their lines fast tab expands to view more order lines, but mine stays the same size which is quite inconvenient when scrolling through orders with multiple lines.

Any help much appreciated.

You can manually expand the height of the lines area by dragging the edge of the tab by mouse.

In newer versions there is no one more header group added below the lines and you need to expand that first to expand the lines fast tab. Check the attached image
