We have upgraded from NAV to BC, but since going live with BC have been unable to connect with the app with iphones. Android devices have no problem. The error /Could not connect to the server/ displays quite quickly after entering the server URL and hitting next. We are on prem. We are using a proper CA signed certificate. We can see the traffic is getting to the server and we see IIS logs for the connection. They always show a 443 not found and /Empty/.
I wonder if anyone else has experienced this? It is causing us much grief. We have raised it with Microsoft but it has been ongoing for 2 months and no solution from the BC team, or the IIS team.
