Usage of Property Feature in planning tasks.

Is there a way where MRP picks up only specific items into consideration for requirement calculation?

Calendar working times has a column called "Property" where we can connect item's property from route.

Our expectation is that whenever MRP runs, for those specific dates (Order dates or delivery whichever is in the logic), only that specific items should have the planned orders (Planned batch orders).
Calendar days and items are linked through the property.

This property has one to many relation with respect to items

Even after trying with Finite property at resource and master plan level, the expected results were not seen.

To brief up:- Specific dates should have specific items' planned batch orders, this specificity is done through property setup, property acts as link/bridge.
