Ax2012RTM error installing RS extention for backup encryption key

During the installation of  RS Extention I received this error:

The reporting server is not set up correctly, and cannot be configured by Setup. For information about setting up a reporting server, see SQL Server Books Online.

Inside the log files I found this error:

An error occurred during setup of Reporting Services extensions.
Reason: Unable to back up the SQL Server Reporting Services encryption key. The operation failed with error code 2147945104.System.InvalidOperationException: Unable to back up the SQL Server Reporting Services encryption key. The operation failed with error code 2147945104.

Somebody have any idea?

My account is in the machine administrator group, UAC is disable.

Ax version is Ax2012 RTM,  S.O. version  is Windows 2008 R2.

The only fault is that I am forced to run the installation setup from the shell with "run as administrator" or else it tells me that I do not have permissions to write to the log files
Thanks
Ale

prior to installing rs extensions , you need your report server ready. use the report server configuration tool and then try installing extensions

Probably the easiest and quickest fix, if you keep struggling with this, is to stop SSRS, drop the report database from SSMS and simply recreate the database, and finally redeploy the reports. All the reports should be originating from AX, and you should be able to redeploy easily.
