Multi State Work locations

Posted on by 50

Can someone help with capturing in Web Time Entry multi state work locations requiring state withholding on Employees earnings, i.e., no reciprocity with Resident State.

Out of the box NAV does not have payroll since it's what Microsoft considered as "localized" feature per country. You're probably using Serenic for payroll, in which case, you'll need to contact them for support on this.

Clarification, this is something we want to capture during Time Entry. Shouldn't this be a standard feature in NAV?

Time Entry is used to calculate Payroll. Are you asking a question about payroll or time entry?
