ax2009 in Project create Warehouse or Bin Location Blocked from Regular Sales ( don't want inventory transaction show )

does any one know how to create ware house or Bin location in AX2009, its blocked from regular Sales,

for example, if we invoice the Cust, donot the inventory to show from this warehouse or bin location, 

or is there is any other way we can do it in Project, 

if any one has used or have any idea how to go by, please advise

    Can you clarify your question?

    You create warehouses / locations or bins from the Inventory and Warehouse management module, under Setup.

    You cannot automatically create them as part of a Sales flow, nor Project.

    But normally you can go to main table on the specific field and create the record from there.

    Is that what you are looking for?

    when we create ware house , they are link with Sales order or Project ,  for example if we invoice the cust inventory will show the qty (1) in ware house

    we don't want to show any transaction for inventory when we invoice the cust for item , because ewe still own the inventory, I don't know its make sense or not

    some one mention AX2012 we can create Virtual ware house

    something like that  blocked from Sales or Project invoice

    can we created ware house or Bin location,  any advise , in AX2009

    we want to use AX 2009 Project and invoice the item but donot to show transaction as inventory  -1 move from ware house some thing like that

    hope I am making sense

    please advise

    what we have is created mock Item # for Rental equipment , and when we enter this mock item # on field its ask for WHSE also we enter the Rental warehouse we created and qty 1 and  create packing list, than it show 1 qty ship from Rental warehouse as (1), 

    but I am looking for when we enter Rental ware house and qty 1 , and post packing list,  is does not show 1 qty as (1) on Rental warehouse ,  can we do some set up or change some thing so this rental warehouse does not link with Packing list and Invoice .

    can some one help me on this issue, or suggest some thing how to fix this issue

    please help
