Edit language in a workflow

As you can see in the screenshot, the options are written in different languages. 
 
How can I change it so that all options are in English?
I have the same question (0)

    Can you tell if your user account or the admin user has a non-english language set up as default language? Or maybe the two options are part of a customization where the English label was not provided?

    My user account has English language. However, if the user who initially configured this workflow had a different language on his account is something I cannot know. The user is no longer in the environment.
     
    As far as I know, there are no customizations in this workflow. It is really basic.
     
    Is it possible to change the language? If so, how?
