Would you please help what is the best way (step by step) to correct AR cash receipt into a correct bank account? I made an error posting AR cash receipt into a wrong bank account #.

How was the transaction made? Upload? Manual entry?

Could you void out the transaction made in error and re-enter it correctly?

This would leave a clean cut audit trail as well.
