Data Migration Toolkit to migrate from AX 2012 R3 to D365 self serve UAT environment.

We are currently on a private cloud. I have download the data migration toolkit. I was able to make the connection to the UAT self-serve instance by running the toolkit. I am currently stuck with an error on step 1 where it is trying to connect back to my source DB server. Since we are on a private cloud, Can anyone guide me on what network firewalls that we need to expose in order to communicate from the self-serve UAT to the Source database.
