We want to build a Case form on a portal. In this form our costumers should choose the product the Case is for. The product of this company is in an entity, which is linked n:1 to the company. How is it possible that to costumer can only choose his products? Every time i use a search field there are all products of all companies shown.

In regards to your concern, kindly find the comments below:
You can change product lookup field view in dynamic 365.
Steps:
Customization ->Explore Case entity -> open view list -> open your lookup field view (Ex."product")
From right side select -> Edit filter criterea-> add condition for filter product list.
