Nav - Auditing failed login attempts

Hello,

We are required by ISO27001 certification to audit unauthorized login attempts on our Nav instances.

We have the option "Enable Event Logging to Windows Application Log" enabled, but failed login attempts do not show up on event viewer.

Is there a way to audit failed login attempts in Nav 2017?

Many thanks.

    Hi JOAOOLIVEIRAMARTINS,

I tried this on my instance running with NAV Username and Password authentication and I get this warning in the event viewer:

    LoginWarning.png

It would be good if it told you the username that they tried to login with.

unfortunately nav application doesn't have this kind of feature

not only that even user managements not available , that was one of drawback of the NAV

if you using AD for login check a possibility to have some monitoring option with or without other 3rd party application

as i know there is no other way
