    Hi Naresh -

You can download the D365 for operation VM from here. I think its 22 GB download. Its based on the November, 2016 release (1611 platform update 3). As martin mentioned, you'll need either partner or customer credentials and I am not sure if you are associated with any.

    connect.microsoft.com/.../DownloadDetails.aspx

If your organization has subscription of LCS and Azure, you can also provision a VM online and use it either on cloud or download for yourself.

Regarding learning, I found the following links very useful so far.

    ax.help.dynamics.com/en

The content of this link will be moving to the new destination soon.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../dynamics365

    regards,

You'll find such materials on Dynamics Learning Portal (DLP). If you don't have access to DLP, maybe you should obtain it.

You can get a VM from LCS, if you're a customer or a partner. It's not available to general public. (You're in the Dynamics AX forum, so I assume you mean Dynamics 365 for Operation; Dynamics 365 includes several other products and the answer would be different for them.)
