How to send mails to all the customers in marketing list on campaign launch

Hi,

I want to send a mail to all the customers present in the marketing lists on launch of campaign.

I have created a workflow for that and for send email step ,in To field what should I set so that it will be sent to all the customers present in the marketing lists .
