Hi,

I want to customize the behaviour of Close as Won and Close as Lost.

When a user Clicks the Close as Won certain fields should have values in it. If not it will prompt the user to fill it in. What is the best way to do this?

Cheers

    Hi,

You can create your custom JS and bind the Close as Won/Close as Lost button with it in the Ribbon Workbench. When the  certain fields have value, then invoke the mscrm function in your JS.

Please refer to: How to override out of the box button’s behavior in ms crm – Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Azure by Vishal Grade
