Hi,

I have a customer who is happely using the Dynamics AX app for timewriting. (AX 2012 R3)

They have personal using IOS and andriod.

But the IOS app does not work anymore on the latetst IOS version 10.3.1

The app freezes when you pres new entry

I know this app is provided as is, but it would be nice if Microsoft could post an update to this app so it will work again.
Or maybe some default setting is changes causing this app not to work anymore.

    Hi Rob,

    When it is caused by an update of iOS, you could log an incident for Microsoft Support. A similar issue happened in the past which has been resolved at that time. See also the next thread: community.dynamics.com/.../472239

    Microsoft will be releasing a bugfix, around the end of this month.

    Or the alternative is to downgrade IOS version.
