Ratings issue

Scenario has 3 rating models. Lets call them Model 1, Model 2 and Model 3
If you create 3 goal templates and then assign a different model in each of them, and then if you create a review template and include all 3 templates, and then if you create a review from this template, when you go to the review rating details:
-Select the employee or manager rating from the drop down menu: Then all 3 rating models appear instead the one that was linked in the template!
 
Do you have a solution to this bug? Please don't reply with links to Microsoft Learn as this is not covered anywhere. 
All HR features have been loaded
