Deployment type: non-stocked scenario
Customer's business is to sell higher IT education to several companies so they have 1 Quote with e.g 30 seats. 8 different customers buy seats on this higher IT education. How can I make that work in PO CE Quote to connect 8 different customer to one Quote (Project)? To properly see Quote under correct Customer/Account, sales pipeline etc. Any suggestions?
Also how to make this work on Opportunity?
I see that Contract have the ability to have several customers (lines) and I'm looking for a similar setup.
Hi Tessie,
Only at the Quote stage, you can share the bill among customer accounts. Every Opportunity needs a Quote so it won't matter that much for your case I believe.
Navigate to Quotes > Customers > Create New and search for the account name > Assign a Billing Split Percentage and later you can click on Evenly Distribute to split among the customers (if that is what you want).
