DynamicFileUploadHandler file downloads when importing csv file in NAV web client (unusual encounter error)

Hello All,
I have this problem while importing the csv file from nav web client. Instead of file being imported, I get a pop up of downloading a file with name DynamicFileUploadHandler in the browser. What could be the problem behind this ? I have been trying to solve this problem from past few days. still no luck

The issue has been fixed in Cumulative Update 28 for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017

300877 It is not possible to import a file with the latest Google Chrome browser when you use the Web client.

We are encountering the same problem. In which version does it occur? We have recently moved from cumulative update 7 - worked fine - to cumulative update 27.

Hi. It's a known bug currently that has been reported to the product team and a fix has been identified. It will likely be released in the next Cumulative update.
