Hello Everyone,
I am facing the strange issue, I have added the dynamics content in an email which shows the related tasks subject field of the contact, I live that email and run the test Customer journey on that segment which i selected. First time it works fine. Then in CRM I stoped the segment and manually deleted the tasks and added new task against segments members and then live the segment and run the another customer journey. BUT the emails I recieved I get in second customer journey is with the same tasks which I have deleted already in crm .iT shows me the previous records, I cleared my Browser cashe too, even I have created another Email with same dynamic content but the issue is same.
It's very strange behaviour I still didn't figure out why it's happening and from where it's getting those related TASK record which I have already deleted..
If anybody encountered this issue before, please help
