ould you please explain how to archive a sales order and have it automatically disappear from the list once it is fully invoiced?

In the All sales orders list page, apply a filter to exclude orders with status = Invoiced.
Save this as a personalized view or workspace so users only see Open or Active orders.
This is the quickest way to “hide” invoiced orders without customization
Otherwise enable the following feature Archive with dataverse long term retention to archive the Sales orders.
