Sales Order Line Entry

We seem to have a slight issue on the sales order entry page. When a user keys in multiple lines, the list is not following the cursor and remains on the two or so lines in the current view (as can be seen in the attachment). The user then has to use the mouse to scroll further down.

This happens when the window is not maximised and it also happens on the users' second monitor (not primary monitor) which is running at a lower resolution.

What would this relate to?

    Hi Subhashis,

Our RTC client is 2016 CU22. For us it's happening even with 10 lines or less.

With the general and shipping tabs expanded, the users can only see two sales lines so the auto scrolling is essential.

    Hi

May i know which version of NAV you are using?

I have same issue for NAV 2016 CU 16 (AU version), but in web client . Our issue is that when user key in more that 30 line in SO pointer goes up and user need to scroll down in last/current line

As Microsoft they fix this issue in latest built for NAV 2016 (CU 33)

    Regards

    Subhashis
