Dynamics HR Leave app not visible in Microsoft teams mobile app?

Hi,

Today I helped some employee's in my business around how to download the Dynamics HR leave app on their Microsoft teams. The app seemed to work find on their desktop teams but for some employee's the Human Resources app was not visible on their mobile app.

On their mobile teams app they could still view the HR chat box function in their chat section, but the human resources app itself which takes you to the screen to apply for leave was not there. For example on the mobile teams application - at the bottom right corner where the three dots are if I click that I can see my human resources app, but other people can't.

Has anyone had this problem before?

Hi Judy,

Yes the app was installed. I figured it out. I just needed some employees to sign out of their teams mobile app and sign back in and their HR leave app was there.
