Is there a way to create number sequence that contain day, month and year?
e.g. FV/year/month/day/####

It is not OOB. You can use scope as Fiscal calendar periods to meet your requirement some extends.

Hi Pawel, As Bhaskar writes you can certainly make an adjustment for that; the question is why as the date information is automatically tracked in a separate field and does not have to be included in the voucher. If you make this adjustment, you have the same date information (posting/transdate) in two fields. Is there a special (tax/government/...) requirement why this is needed? Ludwig

Our client want to create number sequences in format that can contain date information e.g. for invoices it can be "FV/2015/10/14/001" or "F001/14/10/2015", for sales order "ZS/10/2015/00001" and so on. I just want to know if there is a way to do this in standard without writing modifications :)
Hi Pawel, I would say that you need to make an adjustment and that this cannot be realized in Standard AX. All the best, Ludwig
