Dynamics AX 2013 R3 - SharePoint Permissions for Role Centre

Hi,
 
This is a question about SharePoint Permissions for AX Users.
We are using Microsoft Dynamics 2012 R3, Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013.

One of our users was able to delete a Role Centre page used by many people. Users currently have /Edit/ permissions assigned.
 
We want to prevent users from being able to delete pages, ie. to make the Delete button be greyed out or not displayed.
(The user clicked /Personalise this page/ and then click the red cross icon to delete the page.)
 
We have tried changing the user's SharePoint permission to Read & Personalise however the delete button is still shown.
 
Does anybody know how to do this?
