Hello,

we have the following problem: when a contact is entered manually in Dynamics, it is necessary that the new contact agrees to it.
So we would like to send him an email when creating a new contact. There should be a link to a form where the user can view, edit and add to his existing data. Just like it is possible via marketing forms. Bulk E-Mail is set to "do not allow" so we can't send marketing E-Mail with a subscription center link. Is there any other way?

Hi Meikel,

You could say this is a transactional mail, so you could use that. These emails can be send to contacts with Bulk E-mail 'do not allow'. In this way you could reach out to them. If they do not confirm, they remain Bulk E-mail 'do not allow', so according to GDPR you're still good.
