ReportI need to add two options when I click on complete order (cumprir ordem), within the order (ordem) instance in Dynamics 365 (in the file, number 1). Besides the options complete (cumprir) and partial (parcial), I need to add the options converted (convertido) and not converted (não convertido), where both options also trigger the completed flow (number 2).
According to what I studied about this instance, in PowerApp, I should go to the order closing (Fechamento de ordem) instance (number 3), click on columns (number 4), and edit the statuscode (Razão do status) field (number 5). But the options that show up in this field are different, and I can't add other options (number 6). I tried, but the options I added don't appear.
How do I go about adding these options?
