Using a mail house I are sending approximately 5000 Constituents a physical fundraising appeal request. I want to be able create a to note or activity against each individual constituent recording that they have been sent this fundraising appeal request.
I'm not quite sure how to do this. I know how to associate a constituent with a marketing list but not how to say (in bulk) that they were sent the fundraising appeal request against their individual contact record.
Has anyone done this or something similar in Dynamics 365? Or does anyone know how this could be done.
