Transfer Journal with status of Request change only editable on the submitter

Hi All,

In the Dynamics 365 FinOps, Stock Management Transfer Journal, previously when the approver requested a change, the journal became editable for everyone. However, it is now only editable by the original submitter.

There have been no changes to roles or access permissions, and this issue has occurred suddenly.

Does anyone know how to make the Transfer Journal editable for all users when the status is "Request Changed"?

    I dont think there is a setup for this. Might be that MS changed something, which is weird. 
     
    Do you have access to Contoso to check if it works in the standard? If so, I would test it in Contoso and create a MS Ticket. Maybe its a bug that came in an update. Maybe you can check if you received quality updates. If you have an environment in an older version you can check if it still works there.

    There is no functionality which blocks editing the journal unless the journal is blocked.

    I have checked the issue in UAT, and the field is editable when the status is "Request Changed.
     
    Only in PROD this issue occurs.

    I think you need to check the workflow settings:
    Check the Request Change step of Workflow and check if there is any restriction related to editing. Then redeploy the workflow.
    Maybe this will allow all users to edit.
