Hi everyone,
I am looking for a good way of doing demo device handling in the CRM and would be interested to hear how you are handling this topic.
So far I could imagine:
- certain fields to be added to the case form
- new entity with certain fields to be created that is added as sub-grid to the asset form
- add certain fields to the asset form
The final solution should be ideally pullable into a kind of asset calendar so that we can see an assets status and whereabouts.
I would appreciate your insights!
