Problems Debugging Batch Server

I am trying to debug a batch job on a AX2009 SP1 Server running on Windows 2003.  The batch is running the BomCalcJob class from the dialog.  I have followed the instructions on the step by step debugging found here http://blogs.msdn.com/b/x/archive/2009/06/25/step-by-step-checklist-for-debugging-batch-jobs-in-dynamics-ax.aspx, but I haven't had success.  Here is what I have done so far, Set the Server configuration for debugging, set My client configuration for debugging, logged on using the service account, set the breakpoints, opened the debugger and submitted a batch.  I have not run the patch for Windows 2008.  I have tried the same steps using the client installed on the AOS.  I have moved my breakpoint around to make sure that I am catching active code.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks,

LJ

Thanks for the link.  I have done all of the configuration steps on the email.  I did notice, however, that a batch group is required.  I do not have a specific batch group defined, so that may be my issue.  I will check it out when I can.
