I am trying to configure a mailbox in CRM 2016 (on prem) with Exchange online. When testing a connection the test failed and i get the error in log file that "mailbox With Id = dd82089c-ac68-4e7c-905e-607965e465b2 Does Not Exist". Every time i click on the "Test Connection" option in Email Server profile and the test failed the mailbox id in the error is different in the log file.
When i test and enable the mailbox i get the following error:
Email Server Error Code: Web.SendFailure
>Exception : Acquiring ACS token Fail: Please check if your tenantId is specified correctly
